SecureSeniorConnections® was founded by a team of healthcare, insurance, and technology experts who saw how loneliness made an impact on their family and friends and vowed to make a difference for seniors everywhere.
Our digital platform gives seniors a vibrant and trusted community beyond the walls of their senior centers, where we reduce loneliness by empowering members to connect with purpose.
We take a whole-person approach with each member to improve wellness and build social connections. We offer multiple paths towards community and connections though: interest groups, daily SecureSeniorConnections expert moderated events, 1:1 direct messaging and the Lounge, where all members can meet and talk about what’s on their minds.
To further empowerment, SecureSeniorConnections has a hands-on approach to technology. We have a live customer support team, and list our toll-free phone number in plain sight on the platform. In addition, we offer training and learning opportunities through our live events and our curated content.
Security is the cornerstone of our relationship with members. That’s why we made it the first word in our brand name. Our invite-only membership model reinforces our mission to deliver a safe and private experience for seniors. All members are invited by a trusted third party, and all members undergo an authentication or verification process. We never sell any members’ information, and we keep all member information confidential.
