Suzanne Ricklin serves as vice president, Retention & Sales for Nationwide's Retirement Solutions Distribution team. She is responsible for growing and retaining current government, institutional and 401 (k) plans - including some of the largest retirement plans in the country. 
Suzanne joined Nationwide in April 2020 from T. Rowe Price and has more than 25 years of financial services industry experience, most recently serving as vice president and head of relationship management for retirement plan services at T. Rowe Price, supporting 500 high value clients with more than $55 billion in assets under management. She also has held multiple leadership positions at T. Rowe, including building and leading their registered investment advisor external wholesaling team. Suzanne has also held leadership roles in corporate marketing and communications, as well as leading retail sales and retail investor centers.
Throughout her career, Suzanne has built a reputation of consistently delivering results in both sales and home office roles, leading teams to achieve critical business objectives through innovative solutions. She is passionate about financial literacy and work readiness for kids and young adults. She has been teaching students and serving on the board for Junior Achievement for over 20 years. 
Suzanne received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University, Washington, D.C. and her Master of Business Administration from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University in Baltimore. She holds Series 7,24 and 63 licenses.
