Sarah Kozicki
Evidence Based Program Specialist

Sarah’s journey in public service began in 2018 with a passion for public health. She joined the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Aging and Independence Services Division in 2023 and since then has harmoniously integrated her previous experience into the ongoing work of the Evidence-Based Program Team. With a steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults and adults with disabilities in the Atlanta region, Sarah’s mission is to improve outreach and accessibility of care in the community.
Prior to her tenure at the ARC, Sarah honed her skills in the nonprofit sector, specializing in condition-focused care and person-centered services. Her time at Georgia State University was marked by significant contributions to projects assessing public health risks, implementing preventative measures, and evaluating outcomes. Now persisting in that enthusiasm for human services as an Evidence-Based Program Specialist, Sarah continues to leverage her expertise to drive meaningful change and promote wellbeing among older adults in the Atlanta region.

Shari Alexander
Evidence Based Program Specialist
Atlanta Regional Commission
Shari Alexander joined the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Aging and Independence Services Unit as an Evidence Based Program Specialist in April 2021. Shari has a “can-do” attitude with a passion for serving the community and those in need. With over 16 years in the non-profit field, she brings a diverse level of experience. In her previous work life, she’s served as a CRM Business Analyst, managing data integrity and providing IT helpdesk support. She has also served as a Programs & Outreach Coordinator, promoting and managing evidence-based health and wellness programs throughout the state of Georgia, organizing community outreach events, and recruiting volunteers for various programs and fundraising events.
Shari volunteers her time with the Sickle Cell Foundation and Hosea Feed the Hungry, along with being a camp counselor for children with special needs. She is currently pursuing her BS in Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University, is an avid foodie and loves the nature, plants and the outdoors in general.

Yoko Meusch, MA
Program Associate, Center for Healthy Aging
National Council on Aging
Yoko Meusch, MA, is a Program Associate for the Center for Healthy Aging at National Council on Aging. Yoko provides technical assistance to U.S. Administration for Community Living (ACL) grant-funded community-based organizations promoting and implementing evidence-based Falls Prevention and Chronic Disease Self-Management education programs. In addition, she is a program administrator for Aging Mastery Program®, an NCOA’s signature program for aging well.
Yoko holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master's Degree in Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
