One of the challenges grant-seeking organizations encounter is short timeframes to respond to time-sensitive competitive grant funding opportunities. Often the timeline to respond to competitive grants may range from four to eight weeks from the time of the release of the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to the deadline for application submission. For this reason and many more, grant readiness is essential to effective and successful grantsmanship. The learning objectives for this interactive webinar include:
- Identify what grant readiness is and be able to perform assessments of their organizational grant readiness and identify gaps for preparation.
- Discuss how and why to perform targeted/focused grant prospecting and opportunity vetting.
