Yoko Meusch, MA

Yoko Meusch, MA, is a Senior Program Specialist with more than five years of dedicated service to the National Council on Aging’s Center for Healthy Aging (CHA).

In her role, she leads national, grant-funded initiatives designed to strengthen community-based aging programs, improve health outcomes, and broaden equitable access to evidence-based interventions. Yoko provides comprehensive project management and technical assistance while fostering strategic collaboration with funders, researchers, advisory groups, and community organizations. She brings extensive experience in facilitating learning collaboratives, developing practitioner-focused resources, and enhancing delivery infrastructures that support healthier aging nationwide.

Yoko holds a Master of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University. She is a military spouse and a mother of three free-spirited, energetic children.

It also enables you to keep track of implementation sites, facilitators, and data collection status. The ACL CDSME and Falls Prevention grantees are encouraged to share and discuss creative ideas in developing and maintaining these calendars.
