When a beneficiary disagrees with a coverage or payment decision by Medicare, they have the right to file an appeal. This can take place when the beneficiary:

• Disagrees with a denial of coverage of a health care service, supply, item, or drug.
• Requests payment for a service or item they already received.
• Wants to contest a change to the amount they must pay for a specific service or item.

Join us for this webinar outlining how you can help your clients appeal a decision related to their Medicare coverage and payments in both Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
