Anne Chapman, MPH
Director, Strategic Partnership, Mental Health First Aid
National Council for Mental Wellbeing
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the National Council for Behavioral Health, Anne Chapman’s focus is the development and stewardship of strategic partnerships that support the expansion of the council’s public education initiatives. Chapman has spent her career focused on partnership growth for organizations in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining the National Council, she worked for the American Society of Clinical Oncology where she led their business development strategy to expand participation in practice health initiatives through partnerships with regional health systems and national organizations. While at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, she oversaw the cancer center’s growth and outreach strategy through affiliation expansion and public education programing. Her early career began at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she developed skills in strategy development. Chapman earned her Master of Public Health in Program Management from the Boston University School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religious Studies from Trinity College. She is also a certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid instructor.
Karen Orsi
Director, Oklahoma Coalition on Mental Health and Aging, and Member of the NCMHA Executive Committee

As Director of the Statewide Oklahoma Mental Health and Aging Coalition for 10+ years, Karen provides older adult behavioral health education and advocacy.
She is immediate Past Chair and current Vice Chair of the Planning and Advisory Council to the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS)HSAS and serves on the Oklahoma Behavioral Health Advisory Council, National Coalition on Mental Health and Aging Executive Committee, New View Advisory Council and Telligen’s Beneficiary and Family Advisory Council and Governing Board.
She developed the Oklahoma Older Adult Behavioral Health State Plan, the Reducing Depression initiative and the Older Adult Peer Support Specialty for ODMHSAS. She is a certified trainer for QPR, Talk Saves Lives, Healthy IDEAS, Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health First Aid for Older Adults.
Karen has a Sociology degree with a Psychology minor from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and has completed sociology graduate level course requirements at Chicago’s Loyola University.
