Jillian Barnett is the Associate Director, Center for Healthy Aging, at the National Council on Aging (NCOA). In this role, Jillian manages the work of COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccine Uptake Initiative funded by the Administration for Community Living.

Heather Marriott

Heather Marriott is aProgram Specialist at NCOA's Center for Healthy Aging. She joined the team in 2022to manage the ACL funded Vaccine Uptake Initiative. Heather provides TechnicalAssistance to grantees through the Chronic Disease Self-Management and FallsPrevention Resource Centers, as well as the Falls Innovation Lab. She also worksto expand and engage NCOA’s National Institute of Senior Centers. Heather cameto NCOA from a local transportation advocacy organization back home inMissouri, where she served as the Community Engagement Director, leading theorganizations community-based initiatives.

Catherine Han, LMSW, CAPM

Catherine Hyowon Han (한효원) (she/her/hers) is a second-generation Korean American, a proud daughter of immigrants, and is the oldest of five in her family. She currently serves as a Program Specialist with the Center of Healthy Aging at National Council on Aging (NCOA) based in Arlington, VA. In her role, she supports a historic $50 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living to provide technical assistance to community-based organizations and senior centers working to provide lifesaving COVID-19 and influenza vaccines to older adults and people with disabilities. She also provides technical assistance to U.S. Administration for Community Living (ACL) grant-funded community-based organizations promoting and implementing evidence-based Falls Prevention and Chronic Disease Self-Management education programs. Formerly, Catherine served as the Virginia Middle School Program Coordinator at Asian American LEAD (AALEAD). 

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Sociology from University of Massachusetts Lowell Honors College (UMass Lowell) and a Master of Science Degree in Social Work (MSSW) from Columbia University.

Kathleen Cameron, BSPharm, MPH, has more than 25 years of experience in the health care field as a pharmacist, researcher, and program director focusing on falls prevention, geriatric pharmacotherapy, mental health, long-term services and supports, and caregiving. Cameron is Senior Director of the NCOA Center for Healthy Aging, where she provides subject matter expertise on health care programmatic and policy related issues and oversees the Modernizing Senior Center Resource Center.
